Introduction

  • We offer a premium paid training that required important investments and time to create, and requires consistent costs and effort to maintain and update.
  • This training is meant to be a paid service with the first lesson as a FREE trial before purchase.
  • Refunds are offered according to this refund policy, based on time of purchase, and percentage consumed as mentioned below, please make sure to read and understand your refund eligibility before purchasing.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Time Frame: You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of your purchase.
  • Conditions:
  • The percentage consumed is always displayed on the top of every single lesson and a warning is displayed before reaching the allowed limit for the refund eligibility.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 30% of the course.
  • In other words, you can take 15 full lessons and still ask for a full refund.
  • You should not have progressed past the 5th chapter of the course however, which is lesson 16 of 54 (chapter 5 of 17).
  • If you move on to the sixth chapter, you will have completed 35% of this paid training, and therefore forfeited your right to a refund.

Exceptions to Eligibility

  • As this taining is meant to be a paid service, no refunds will be provided if you have completed over the 30% threshold that appears consistently on the top of every page.
  • The refund guarantee extends to a full 7 days starting from the day of purchase, the refund is voided starting from the 7th day at midnight, as we offer full transparency, exceptions may be made for last minute (8th day) refund requests as an extended last chance.

Method of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase—either to the credit card or through PayPal.
